Quotes and assessments
Any indication given before an assessment is general only. A quote applies to the scope described in it and may change if site conditions, access or requirements differ from those assessed.
Bookings and work
Work is carried out by appointment. Access to the property, roof space and electrical supply may be required. If access cannot be provided, the work may need to be rescheduled.
Equipment and warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to the equipment supplied and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, including maintenance requirements. Warranty details are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the supply of the services again or the cost of doing so.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website.
